Your Right to Delete Data

At nxgenz, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request deletion of your personal information at any time. This page explains how you can delete your data and what happens when you do.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, the following information will be removed from our systems:

  • Your account information (name, email, username)
  • Your profile data and settings
  • Your usage history and activity logs
  • Any content you have created or uploaded
  • Your communication history with our support team

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

1 Through the App (If Applicable)

  • Open the app and go to Settings
  • Navigate to Account Settings
  • Select "Delete Account"
  • Confirm your decision
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days

2 By Email

Send an email to privacy@nxgenz.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"

Include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Username (if applicable)
  • Any additional information to help us locate your account

3 Through Our Contact Form

Visit our Contact Page and submit a data deletion request through the contact form.

Processing Timeline

Once we receive your data deletion request:

  • Within 24-48 hours: We will acknowledge receipt of your request
  • Within 7 days: We will verify your identity and begin the deletion process
  • Within 30 days: Your data will be completely deleted from our active systems
  • Within 90 days: Your data will be removed from backup systems

What Happens After Deletion?

Once your data is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to access your account
  • All your personal information will be permanently removed
  • This action cannot be undone
  • You will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again

Data We May Retain

In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data for legal or regulatory purposes:

  • Transaction records (for financial/tax purposes)
  • Data required by law or regulation
  • Information necessary for legal proceedings
  • Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you
